Clomm Website Returns
If you are not satisfied with your Clomm purchase for any reason, you can return it to us for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of receiving the products. Please note the following:
All shipping costs related to exchange or return are to be paid by the customer.
We only accept returns for items purchased directly from www.clomm.com.
Items returned for refund or exchange must be unused and in original condition, with undamaged packaging and instruction booklets. Customers will be liable for ensuring the return goods are packaged properly. Returned items that have been used or damaged in Clomm’s opinion may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
To make a webshop return, please email us at email@example.com with your order receipt number and we will send you return instructions. Please note that any item sent to us without contacting us in advance will not be accepted.
We do not accept packages sent by Cash on Delivery.
Once returned products are received and approved, the purchase price will be refunded to the same payment card used for the transaction (taxes, customs, duties, shipping costs will not be refunded) and you will receive an email notice both from us and PayPal. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.
Retail Shop Returns
If you have purchased our merchandise from a Clomm authorized retailer and wish to return it within 14 days of purchase, please contact them directly for returns procedure. Please note that the return policies of our retailers vary and are made based on their discretion. Returned items that are damaged in the retail partners’ opinion may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
